IEX希望新的辦公總部能讓前來到訪的客戶和將要在IEX上市的上市公司都能體驗到一個與眾不同的震撼之旅。整個特色辦公空間包括帶有攝影棚的媒體區域、一個健身中心、一個交易指揮中心和一個敲鐘的慶祝空間。客戶想要擴大辦公空間的重要原因之一是希望能擁有大型會議空間，而無需在外定期租賃臨時空間。因此，辦公設計團隊創建了一個具有大量靈活空間的戰略平面布局，這些靈活空間可以根據工作需求迅速轉變為會議活動空間。 

IEX hopes that the new office headquarters will enable customers who have visited before and listed companies who are going to be listed in IEX to experience a unique and shocking journey. The entire feature office space includes a media area with a studio, a fitness center, a trading command center and a bell ringing celebration space. One of the important reasons that customers want to expand their office space is that they want to have large meeting space without renting temporary space outside on a regular basis. Therefore, the office design team has created a strategic layout with a large number of flexible spaces, which can be quickly transformed into meeting space according to work needs.

盡管公司高管與員工都在開放空間共同辦公，但是鑒于特殊的業務性質，沿著建筑周邊和內部還是規劃了數間小辦公室用于客戶會議和保密性的商務洽談。作為后臺的服務機房也同樣采用透明的玻璃隔墻制作，延續客戶所秉承的透明和公開的理念。
