With rapid growth in the Asia Pacific region, Zendesk, a global customer service and customer engagement software company, needs a new regional headquarters to reflect its young, vibrant and humble culture. In order to achieve this goal, the group headquarters adopts an integrated office design and construction solution, with the goal of creating a socially attractive community environment. 新總部辦公設計從歐洲城鎮規劃中獲取靈感：大型社交活動在熱鬧的中央公共廣場舉辦，廣場周邊居住著關系親密的小群落社區。員工和訪客的空間動線遵循從公共區域開始，逐漸過渡到私密區域的旅程。兩層空間均設有寬敞的茶水間、協作區和娛樂設施，營造出現代化的空間鼓勵富有意義的對話和交流。

The new headquarters office design draws inspiration from European urban planning: large-scale social activities are held in the bustling central public square, which is surrounded by small communities with close relationship. The space movement of employees and visitors follows the journey from public areas to private areas. Both floors are equipped with spacious tea rooms, cooperation areas and entertainment facilities, creating a modern space to encourage meaningful dialogue and exchange.

The office space plans an independent neighborhood community for each business unit, creating a team atmosphere with agility and flexibility. Employees can work anywhere in a specific area and choose their preferred way of working.
